
Do I need to obtain my own credit card
merchant accounts?
No, there is no
requirement for you to spend months negotiating with individual
credit card companies to obtain a Visa or MasterCard account. We
take care of all that for you.
Which cards can I accept?
All of them: Visa, MC, Amex, Diners and Discover.
How secure is the IATS system?
As a Ticketmaster Company, IATS uses the highest levels of security
available on the Internet. We use Microsoft security protocols and
Verisign to secure all of our transactions.
What about privacy and security?
IATS uses the highest levels of security available
on the Internet to protect your personal information. We protect
your personal information against such risks as loss or theft, unauthorized
access, disclosure, copying, use, modification or destruction, through
appropriate security measures. We protect the information regardless
of the format in which it is held.
IATS considers all personal information as confidential
and we do not disclose personal information to any third parties.
All employees of IATS with access to personal information are required
as a condition of employment to respect the confidentiality of personal
information.

How much does it cost?
There is no need to purchase or manage a payment
gateway or merchant account as IATS provides everything you need
to process all major credit cards. Please contact

Do I have to pay bank or credit card
fees as well?
Absolutely not. The IATS fee is the only fee you will have to pay
for credit card processing.
How do I sign up?
Simply complete the necessary documents and return to us, along with the required supporting documentation, and your account will be ready to process all major credit cards within 7-10 business days.

How Do We Receive the Money for the
Credit Card Transactions Processed?
All Visa and Mastercard transactions are deposited directly into your bank account
within 24-48 hours. For American Express and Discover card transactions,
IATS accumulates the transactions you have processed from Sunday to Saturday and electronically transfers the funds directly into
your bank account the following Wednesday, appearing in your account no later than Thursday. The amount transferred will be net of the IATS individual transaction fees.
Will this work with my database?
Yes. IATS is the preferred credit card processing
partner of many leading providers of software
to nonprofit organizations. This means you can process transactions
directly from your donor database or website.
If I have an account to process online
donations, can I also put through other “offline” transactions
like events, registrations or one time gifts?
IATS can give you the ability to process all your organization's credit card transactions. Ask your Account Executive and they’ll be happy to explain how you can do this.
Can I process transactions remotely?
Absolutely. IATS is web-based, so you can process transactions
wherever you have an Internet connection.
Can IATS provide ACH/EFT processing?
Yes, IATS has recently launched its new web-based ACH/EFT service which allows your organization to receive donations directly from your donor's bank account on a recurring basis.
The service is simple, efficient and like our credit card service, designed to save you time and money.
