IATS plays a very important and integrated role within Donor2, providing support for all credit card, recurring charge and EFT transactions with a seamless interface. Touch-points within the Donor2 solution include the following key essential features:
Gift Batch Entry – Credit card transactions are processed in real-time within the Donor2 application utilizing the IATS web services. Users receive instant approval/rejection along with the entry of the gift.
EFT/Recurring Charges – For donors who wish to set up installment or recurring debit or credit transactions, IATS and Donor2 provide you all of the tools necessary to set these up with minimal setup in a secure and compliant environment. With this capability, Donor2 does not need to store credit card or bank account numbers, consistent with all Identity Theft Prevention initiatives.
On-Line Giving – Donor2 utilizes the IATS web services to process all credit card gifts made utilizing Donor2´s on-line giving module.
On-Line Event Registration – With the on-line event registration module, Donor2 clients can receive event fees, sponsorship fees, and through the individual fundraising pages they can receive gifts solicited by donors/activists on behalf of their organization – all through the power of IATS seamless integration with Donor2.
