Customer Support - IATS provides comprehensive customer service and support. Unlike payment gateways that you purchase and then have to manage on your own, IATS is a service, not just a product.

A Real Live Person
Right from your first contact with us, you are assigned a dedicated Account Executive who can answer all of your questions and help you determine how IATS services can best help your organization. They walk you through the simple setup process, help get the system up and running and can even work with you to integrate IATS into a donor database.

Ongoing Support
All IATS clients have access to our toll-free customer service line. Our friendly and helpful customer service department and your Account Exec are always available to answer your questions and assist you when you need help. In addition, we deal directly with the banks and credit card companies to manage the often-daunting Chargeback, Retrieval and Returns process so you don’t have to.
