IATS is focused on nonprofits, and we care sincerely about the health and sustainability of the sector. We work with nonprofits to help you be more efficient, freeing up resources so you can focus on what matters most: your mission.

Our Efforts
We aim to play a leadership role in building and growing the nonprofit sector and nonprofit technology communities, through our board level participation in the Washington DC based ePhilanthropy Foundation. In addition, we support the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy, and the NTEN Nonprofit Technology Enterprise Network.

We hire account managers who share a passion for working with nonprofit leaders on issues of concern to our communities: education, culture, health, justice, and the environment. All of our account managers understand the nonprofit sector and have empathy for your issues, organizational culture, and decision-making processes.

Locally, each year our staff receives a paid volunteer day to support a charity of the office's choosing.

The Ticketmaster Foundation
IATS is a Ticketmaster company. Ticketmaster is a progressive business that aims to provide service and support to the communities where we operate. The Ticketmaster Foundation, a registered charity for over 20 years manages Ticketmaster’s charitable contributions in Vancouver. Its mandate is to help children, especially those most in need, by providing funds to children’s charities, to educational institutions, and to social aid organizations. Our main fundraising event is the annual Dennis Kearns / Ticketmaster Foundation Invitational Golf Tournament, which has raised over $500,000 for these charities over the past 12 years. Its success has been thanks to the generosity of all the participants and volunteers who have helped to support our vision of a brighter future for all children.

The "Tickets for Kids” program is a public service program initiated by Ticketmaster and coordinated with national philanthropic organizations throughout the country. The program channels family, arts, sporting events and music entertainment tickets to deserving youth who have proven their willingness to contribute to their community in some capacity. Tickets for Kids gives many children the opportunity to attend live events that they might not have previously had the opportunity to attend.
